St. Mary’s Cathedral
St. Mary’s cathedral is the oldest church building in KL, dating from 1895. It stands in the centre of the city, dwarfed by modern skyscrapers.
- Give thanks for the many vibrant churches which the Lord has planted among the Malaysian Chinese, Indian and indigenous peoples of East Malaysia. Pray that He would break down the barriers of prejudice and fear that exist between these believers and the Malay people.
- Pray that the Lord would give Malaysian followers of Jesus a spirit of love and service as well as a good mix of courage and cultural sensitivity for sharing the good news with Malay friends, neighbours and work colleagues.
